CPT/RVU 2026 DATA CONTENT (SINGLE USER)
Please cāāāāarefully read all terms and conditions of this license agreement before completing purchase, installation and use of the CPT 2026 data content [PRODUCT]. Installation and use of this PRODUCT indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these provisions, do not install or use the PRODUCT.

1. LICENSE: You have the non-exclusive right to use the PRODUCT on a single computer. Any reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. You may not electronically transfer the program from one computer to another over a network, nor distribute copies of the program or documentation to others.
2. COPYRIGHT: The PRODUCT is protected by copyright and all rights are reserved by PMIC. You acknowledge and agree that all right, title and interest, including intellectual property rights of this PRODUCT belong to PMIC.
3. AMA COPYRIGHT NOTICE AND LIABILITY LIMITATION: CPT five-digit codes and descriptions only are copyright American Medical Association (AMA). All Rights Reserved. The AMA does not directly or indirectly practice medicine or dispense medical services. The AMA disclaims any liability for the data contained herein and any decisions, judgements or results from using such data. In no event will AMA be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use such File even if AMA has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. AMA does not warrant that the data contained in the File will meet your requirements or that the operation of the File will be uninterrupted or without error.
4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS: This PRODUCT includes CPT which is commercial technical data and/or computer data bases and/or commercial computer software and/or commercial computer software documentation, as applicable which were developed exclusively at private expense by the American Medical Association. U.S. Government rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose these technical data and/or computer data bases and/or computer software and/or computer software documentation are subject to the limited rights restrictions of DFARS 252.227-7015 (b) (2) (June 1995) and/or subject to the restrictions of DFARS 227.7202-1 (a) (June 1995) and DFARS 227.7202-3 (a) (June 1995), as applicable for U.S. Department of Defense procurements and the limited rights restrictions of FAR 52.227-14 (June 1987) and/or subject to the restricted rights provisions of FAR 52.227-14 (June 1987) and FAR 52.227-19 (June 1987), as applicable, and any applicable agency FAR Supplements, for non-Department of Defense Federal procurements.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY: This program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except that PMIC does warrant to the original licensee that the disk on which the PRODUCT is recorded be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. PMIC does not warrant the PRODUCT will meet the users' requirements, or that the use of the PRODUCT will be interrupted or without error; In no event will PMIC be liable for special, incidental, indirect and/or any consequential damage including lost profits. Upon notification of a defect or error in the PRODUCT, PMIC will make every attempt to use reasonable efforts to correct the defect or furnish the user with a replacement within a reasonable period of time.
6. COMPLIANCE AND TERMINATION: Any failure by the user to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement will result in automatic and immediate termination of this agreement and may result in legal action. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, the user agrees to return all copies of the original PRODUCT and any copies that have been made to PMIC. The user will also remove any copies that have been saved in computers. If litigation between the user and PMIC arises regarding agreement, PRODUCT or documentation, the user agrees to reimburse PMIC for any costs incurred by PMIC in connection with the litigation including the collection of damages.
7. CONSTRUCTION AND INTERPRETATION
This agreement shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and will be subject to jurisdiction of such California courts.
